At Nexornova, we believe in skill over certification. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Trainee who is creative, driven, and eager to grow. You don’t need a degree to apply your curiosity, mindset, and skills speak louder. This is a 6-month trainee program designed to equip fresh talent with real-world digital marketing skills. After successful completion, high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time role. We are specifically looking for individuals who possess rational thinking, can make clear and well-informed decisions, are easily adaptable to change, and carry a scientific and practical approach to problem-solving and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google Ads, Email Marketing).
- Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Perform basic keyword research, competitor research, and campaign analysis.
- Work with the design team to deliver engaging visuals and creatives.
- Track and report weekly digital KPIs (traffic, leads, reach, etc.).
- Learn and experiment with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Canva.
- Support blogs, landing pages, and marketing collateral with content and keyword ideas.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on skills in running basic online ads, managing social media pages, creating simple content and visuals, and performing basic SEO tasks to improve website reach.
- They must be comfortable using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and simple design platforms like Canva.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and updating website content is also expected.
- Most importantly, they should be proactive, adaptable, and ready to handle multiple digital marketing tasks independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and a willingness to learn and grow with the company are essential.
- No prior experience required — freshers are welcome.
