At Nexornova, we believe in skill over certification. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals who aspire to grow in the field of sales and business development. This is a full-time employment opportunity that begins with a 6-month structured training period, including real-time client interaction, lead generation, and product presentations.

We are specifically looking for individuals who possess rational thinking, can make clear and well-informed decisions, are easily adaptable to change, and carry a scientific and practical approach to problem-solving and communication.

The training is divided into:

  • First 3 months – Skill-building and product familiarization.

  • Next 3 months – On-field/on-desk performance with a provided monthly stipend.

After the training, the candidate continues as a full-time employee with expanded responsibilities and a restructured salary based on performance review.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, or digital outreach
  • Assist in building client pipelines and managing basic CRM entries
  • Explain software and service offerings to clients in a simple and confident way
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams for customer feedback
  • Participate in local campaigns, exhibitions, or field visits if required
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    Willingness to learn about digital tools, CRM, and customer journey
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in following up
  • Any experience in marketing, field sales, or product pitching is a plus
  • Basic understanding of tech/software products is an added advantage
  • No prior experience required — freshers are welcome.
